Which are the most important things I need to know before booking?

There are a few important things you need to know before booking a NOMAS camper:

1.  Who can rent a NOMAS camper?

Almost anyone! You only need to have held a driving license class B for at least 3 years and be between 23 and 65 years old.

2. The deposit

The deposit is €1000 and must be submitted before or during pick-up. After drop-off, provided that no damages have been caused to the camper, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pick-up/Drop-off locations

You can choose between our main office, Athens International Airport, anywhere in Central Greece or Athens generally, or have us pick you up from the airport with a private transfer to our office for pick-up. If you choose our office as the location, you can leave your car in our private parking for free. Also, this option is free of charge. For Athens International Airport, you must inform us of your flight arrival time in advance so we can be there on time. This option costs €50 both ways or €25 one way. If you choose anywhere in Central Greece/Athens, ensure that parking is available for the necessary procedure of showing you the camper. The cost for this option depends on the distance from our office. Lastly, you can choose a private pick-up/drop-off option from Athens International Airport, which costs €40 both ways or €20 one way, and includes a private transfer to our office.

4. Location convenience

Our office is less than an hour from Athens central. If you are traveling to upper Greece, it’s convenient to begin your journey from our office.

5. Cancellation policy

6. Rental periods and seasons

Please refer to the “PRICES AND SEASONS” page or Terms and Conditions, paragraph 3, for information on rental periods and seasons.

7. How to Make an Online Reservation

Our site has been designed to guide you step by step through the completion of your reservation without any particular difficulties. Detailed information is provided at each step for whatever you choose. However, if you encounter any obstacles, please contact us for assistance. In general, the reservation process is as follows:

  1. Select the RV: Select the RV you wish to rent from our fleet.
  2. Select Dates: Select the dates you desire from the calendar displayed on the RV’s page. If the dates are selected normally, without any message of unavailability, then you are lucky, it’s available! Please, if the information provided by the calendar does not cover your needs, contact us and we will do our best according to your program’s needs.
  3. Enter Dates and Location: Enter the check-in and check-out dates and times, as well as the pick-up/drop-off location in the appropriate fields.
  4. Select Optional Equipment: Select any optional equipment in the appropriate field.
  5. Read and Accept Terms: Read and accept the terms and conditions. Do not skip this step, as it includes important information that you will definitely need.
  6. Click BOOK: Click BOOK to be directed to the page where you will enter your personal details and select the payment method. At this step, you also have the opportunity to request any special requests that have not already been mentioned above.
  7. Confirmation: You will automatically receive the confirmation of your reservation in the email you provided as soon as possible from our system with all the details of your reservation.
  8. Payment: Once we receive your payment, which must be made within 48 hours of booking, we will send you the final reservation via email, as well as information about our travel guides and our network of partners.
  9. The final step for your trip is the commitment of the security deposit for the RV during check-in unless you wish it to be done earlier. Also, during check-in, the RV presentation takes place where we describe its functions in detail, as well as the signing of the contract. Have a nice trip!
